The quality is not great, but just funny as hell. I guess they installed these speed bumps (the giant ones on Beach Road) and didn't sign them. Classic Dubai.

This was a newly build bump on Jumairah road.. when first they renovated the jumairah beach in 2006... I was one of the victims (thankfully not on this video). :P
